We are committed to providing you with high-quality Traditional Saunas, Infrared saunas, Cold Plunges, Steam Room/Outdoor Showers, hot tubs, Sauna Heaters and wellness products, along with a transparent and secure shopping experience. This Billing Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments, billing, and financial transactions on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

To ensure a smooth and secure checkout, we accept the following payment methods through our Shopify-powered platform:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.
  • Interac e-Transfer: Available for orders placed via direct contact or for local Calgary pickup/delivery. Please contact us to arrange this.

All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and its partnered gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

2. Currency & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

The total cost charged to your payment method will be in CAD. International customers should note that their bank may apply foreign transaction fees.

We strive to ensure all pricing is accurate. However, in the rare event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel an order that was priced incorrectly. You will be notified promptly and will not be charged, or will receive a full refund if already charged.

3. Sales Tax (GST)

As a business based in Calgary, Alberta, we are required to collect 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) on all applicable products and services sold to customers within Canada.

The tax is automatically calculated and added to your order total during checkout based on your shipping address.

Your invoice will clearly display the subtotal, GST amount, and grand total.

4. Billing Address & AVS

To protect against fraud, we utilize an Address Verification System (AVS).

The billing address you provide must exactly match the address associated with the credit/debit card used for payment.

Orders that fail the AVS check may be delayed or automatically cancelled to protect your financial data. We may contact you to verify the transaction.

5. Order Confirmation & Invoicing

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. This is not an invoice but confirms we have received your order.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a link to your formal tax invoice.

You can also access your invoices at any time by logging into your account on our website.

6. Pre-Authorization

When you place an order, your card may be pre-authorized for the order total. This is a temporary hold to ensure funds are available. The actual charge is processed when your order is shipped.

7. Subscription & Recurring Billing

If you purchase a product with a recurring payment, you will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

You can view and manage your subscriptions, including cancelling future renewals, by logging into your customer account.

We will send you a reminder email before an upcoming payment is processed.

8. Subscription & Recurring Billing

If a payment fails, we will notify you via email and may automatically retry the payment method after a short period.

If the payment continues to fail, your order will be placed on hold and may be cancelled after (e.g. 3 business days). You will need to place a new order to proceed.

9. Refunds, Returns, and Billing Disputes

Billing Disputes: If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are costly and time-consuming for small businesses. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in your account being banned from future purchases.

10. Data Security

Your financial data's security is our priority. Our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, and all payments are processed by Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant payment processors, adhering to the highest industry security standards.
